Next stop: your team?

Hi, great to have you here.

Jesse
Reinhard

MBA candidate at SDA Bocconi. Previously Innovation Lead at Golfers Paradise, where I led projects built with AI.

  • Summer internship 2027
  • Full-time from 2027
  • Strategy and AI adoption

Track record

The work behind the numbers.

Five projects I led at Golfers Paradise. Open any card for the full story.

Built with AI

Things I've shipped with AI.

I'm not a developer. I lead the build: I write the spec, own every business decision and check the results. AI coding agents write the code under my direction and review.

Golfers Paradise, 2026

An in-house business intelligence platform

Replaced an expensive external BI subscription with our own platform: dashboards, an AI chat that answers questions about the company's data, AI-written reports, the sales bonus system and a supplier portal.

4 months
from first line of code to production-ready
110
metrics, each defined exactly once
13
core KPIs verified against the old system every night

Company-wide rollout starts in October 2026.

Golfers Paradise, 2026

A repair and warranty case manager

Rebuilt the app that tracks every repair and warranty case from the store counter through HQ and the supplier, and back to the customer. Replaces a version built by an external developer.

3.5 months
one person directing AI agents
Same day
for requirement changes that used to mean long back-and-forth
~50%
less time per case (my estimate, measured after rollout)

Feature-complete and deployed. Store rollout is next.

Right here

This website, too.

Built the same way: I directed an AI coding agent through the design, the build and the guardrails. The assistant only answers from my own material, and it's limited so nobody can misuse it.

I bring people along

Regular one-on-ones with my team, trained my successor, and got a CEO using AI every day.

I start with the task people dislike

Then we automate all or part of it. One real example convinces more than any explanation.

AI advises, people decide

A great sparring partner, never the final decision maker. The people using it matter most.

Just ask.

My AI assistant knows my projects, references and goals. Ask it anything, or paste a job description to see how I fit.

What my CEO says

Marc Rohr, CEO, Golfers Paradise AG

“Within this peer group, Jesse consistently stands out.”

“He takes responsibility proactively, leads by example and makes clear, well-reasoned decisions even when information is incomplete and ambiguity is high.”

“I recommend Jesse without reservation.”

The short version of my CV.

Project Manager · Golfers Paradise AG

Company-wide bonus system and two software rollouts.

  4. 2022

Tutor, Corporate Finance · University of Zürich

Managed the academic forum and graded assignments.

Two years helping clients found their businesses, alongside my studies.

BA Business Administration and Economics · University of Zürich

Summa cum laude. GMAT Focus 695 (97th percentile).

  7. 2017 to 2018

Exchange year · Colegio Puerto Natales, Chile

A school year in Patagonia. That's where the Spanish comes from.

  8. 2016 to 2020

French was my least favourite subject, so I chose immersion on purpose.

  9. 2015

Exchange year · High school in upstate New York

A year living inside American culture, near family. Where I got into rowing, cross-country skiing and tennis.

Beyond the CV

Four places that shaped me.

  1. Where I grew up

    Zürich

English at home, German at school, Swiss German with friends. I chose a French immersion Matura because French was the subject I liked least.

  2. 2015

    New York

An exchange year in upstate New York, where I have family. Living inside a different culture, not just visiting it. It's where I got into rowing and tennis.

  3. 2017 to 2018

    Patagonia

I chose Chile; the exchange organisation chose Puerto Natales, very far south. A host family, Spanish from scratch and an amazing year.

  4. Since 2026

    Milan

A full-time MBA at SDA Bocconi. A new culture again, amazing food and a demanding programme I'm enjoying. My Italian is improving quickly.

Money Mastery

Part of the founding group of a nonprofit that teaches young people in Switzerland about money. I moderated its events for 200+ people.

Sport

Tennis, padel, snowboarding and now golf. Former competitive rower, training for my first HYROX in December.

Music

Guitar, piano and, to most people's surprise, the French horn.

Two and four wheels

A bit of a gearhead. I ride a Yamaha XSR900 and once got to drive a Formula 1 car at Monza.

Languages

Work: English, German
Conversational: Spanish, French
Italian: improving quickly

“Kindness isn't just an option but a given, no matter who you're talking to.”
